Simple trade you Bitcoin into LTC and then You can withdraw it.Go to The Yobit Choose the BTC in trade area and then click on LTC there a window will be open and you can trade your BTC into LTC with the exchange fee mentioned at there.Then You can easily withdraw your LTC.

You are working on a trading platform and thus there is the ltcbtc pair to trade and bitcoin can be sold against the ltc and vice versa The process is easy. Just search for the currency in the pair you want to trade against.
