Hi there mate. It is really interesting to see such a decorated member becomes banned without exemption. The forum rules apply to everyone so it is normal for any member if a violation exists. However he could be given a warning point, but if he got a ban, I think the violation is very serious. Let this be an example for all the people. One of the major problem in the forum right now, is people don't really care about their post quality. As long as they can make posts and make it up to 30 posts, they will keep doing the same thing over and over again. Which lead to a bad quality posts. Some members are a good ones, and the rest are just a bunch of bad quality posters or the likes. So, upon having a warning points or not, it's entirely their fault if they have one or more because of their posts.

No one is truly exempted from getting a warning point from the moderators as far as the forum has it's rules and regulations for every members set by the administrators and any member found guilty of violating the rules and regulations will be punished by given a warning point. This is why it is advised for we beginners to read about the forum rules and regulations first before posting in the forum.

Welcome mate, really no one is exempted from warning point as there is a proverb that says " nobody is above mistake" no matter how serious and careful you are, you will one day mistakenly violate a rule guiding the forum and you will be issued a worning point. In crypto talk forum nobody  is above  warning point, both newbies and old members. Because if a newbie can do something that is against the rules and regulations of the forum, this will make you receive warning from the moderators. the same thing applicable to the crypto experts.

Yes this is true. No one is exempt from warning points or even getting banned because rules are same for everyone. It doesn't matter if you are a newbie or even a senior member rules are same for everyone. When you enter this forum you are supposed to abide a set of rules and regulations and if you don't follow anyone of them it can lead you to get warning points or banned.

This forum is very strict in implementation of the rules and regulations that it have created. So they give warning point to every user regardless of the rank of the member, if he violates the rule.

This is true and i totally agree with this too. The moderators dosent give any member on the forum the chance to violate the forum rules and regulations be it a beginner, a junior member or a senior member. The moderators has their rules guiding the forum. I think this post is a good example for we beginners to learn from that we have to strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the forum in order not to get a warning point.

These tips are valuable to all or any folks , it's true that nobody here is exempt from receiving warning points and that we are all susceptible to mistakes, but it's good to follow the recommendation of old members here, and to stick the maximum amount as possible to the instructions of the forum.

That is, in this type of post you can have users who are always reviewing correctly, quoting everyone, it is really a kind of complex spam.
And the Troll appears, also complex, does not seek to discuss ideas but create controversy.

3.2- Question closed: What is "such a thing"? Help? Post of consultation, Topic of questions, help.

Usually users who make these Topic "should" close them, when their issue is resolved.
You should not have more than two posts, in this type of Topic there is nothing to add, unless you are the creator of Topic and do not understand something then you start an interesting series of questions to understand the “solutions” offered to your OP.

 

4.- The Team, the collusion:

It requires at least two users, but they can be several, they have agreed actions among them, the objective of this can be diverse. Lean indiscriminately with Likes, cite spam or useless post validating them, with comments like "I like ..." "I agree ..." etc.

Do not confuse these users with those who use duplicate accounts, nor with those users who, regardless of what the appointment says, are added to them.

In any case it is frowned upon that you support spam, citing it, liking it.

Of course nobody is exempt from any of the rules, there would be different set of rules then for each rank. It could be though that more are required from higher ranks and less for beginners but if this case is there then the payment would be also different. However we are in a very good environment today with very limited spam and the forum is doing ok.

all of these are reliable reasons to cause anyone to get warned or even banned , and as you said it doesn't matter what your rank is or the reputation you have because once you break the rules you get get warned so every member can understand that the rules are  a red line doesn't matter who you are or how long have you been in this forum

Obtaining warning points is a matter for any account, according to the mistake that was committed In a section about the forum there is a topic through which points can be removed after the managers review the account and the reason and the decision may change.
