I investing all my money in 1 coin. is this is risky or safe ?

Good opinion and I like your opinion.
In my personal opinion, you are too focused on one coin because to my knowledge on the coin you choose there is still the biggest coin that is bitcoin will remain if you believe in one coin then go ahead and try your best because with your efforts you will get good result.
Then, hold everything. But if you really want to use it in one coin, you still do it but only for Bitcoin and Ethereum so everything you choose is up to you and hopefully the best.

It's a huge risk because if that currency fall you will lose a lot of money.  However if it rise you could earn a lot of money.

It's too risky to put it on a single coin unless you have completely believe of their tech, the group and the roadmap ..Even in case you do trust that the team has to implement it and market it nicely..So it is a sensible decision to cut up them into numerous coins

Its to unstable imo as i dont like putting all of the eggs inside the equal basket,i would split the ones 300$ in to 5 coins with 100$ well worth each.2 of them would be high risk excessive praise sort of coins(like icos) and three of them might be medium cap cash with solid road in advance of them

In my opinion, the risk is not too large, because we can focus on and develop a project. but weakness if the coin turns out no higher profits in other currencies course we will be disappointed. I would rather invest in some kind of money, in a similar way to simply put a number of different eggs.
