Bitcoin exceeds $ 8,000 after breaking a major resistance

The prices of the digital currency, "Bitcoin", increased by spot trading on Tuesday, extending its gains for the fifth consecutive day, to touch the levels of $ 8,000 for the first time in about two months, in light of strong demand for the cryptocurrency.
With prices beginning to move up, investment demand has been active by institutional and retail investors, taking advantage of lower prices, in anticipation of large price jumps during the coming period.

Despite the tepid start to Bitcoin at the beginning of this year, and the drop to the lowest level in two weeks, due to weak demand levels, but prices turned suddenly to the rise.

What do you think the direction of Bitcoin after this point?

I am confident that as bitcoin halving event is nearing in May, prices will slowly start to go higher , but not in a strong rally instead they will be steady and constant. This is only my opinion of what i believe based on my investing career.

That sounds like a bunch of typical financial journalism gobbledegook to me, but part of it could be correct I guess.  Obviously some people were buying bitcoin if the price jumped over $8000, which it did.  And I'm sure that a lot of people who made a quick profit from that movement were just as quick to sell it, and that's why it dropped back down.  That's what usually happens when the market moves like this.

Bitcoin won't reach big price before halving. If bitcoin do this it will be very bad single for us. It means that after rise of bitcoin we will see big dump and new beer market.

I'm agree with you. The longer stagnation goes on the bigger bull run. Bitcoin accumulates forces for the last bull run that we know. After that we do not see such bull runs of bitcoin.

It looks like that but I am still not so sure that we definitely escaped the bearish pattern. In technical analysis we have what we call fakeouts, which would look like an escape from the trend but they actually return back and continue. These fakeouts are most of the times caused by manipulation and I don't see anything different now with Tether having printed 500m more of their tokens out of thin air to be used on another vaporware platform which is Tron.

Yes, BTC exceed from his major resistance at 8000$ and now it is on the 8900$ and last day it will touch the 9000$ and i hope soon market will touch the 15000$ and then it will touch the 20,000$ and then it take a start of new high in the world and it will touch the 200,000$ this time.
