Yeah if your topic or comment contains less than 100 characters then your content will get deleted and also if you repeat it again and again then your account will get warning points too, and also writing topics unrelated to the section also will get your post deleted

You're very correct, to avoid your post for being deleted by the moderator, you have to make sure your post is in line with the forum requirement, it must not be a repeated post, you must not copy and paste other members content, it must be detailed enough for the member to understand what your trying to pass to themr, Proofreading it to ensure you didn't make any mistake. And lastly it should not be a two line post like what is common among the newbies in the forum.

well that is not exactly true , deleting your post or not depend  on the beneficiary of your post and on your language , I also think that a post has a lot of reactions won't be deleted

I think that the main reason for deleting posts is repetition, because most posts are similar in content, so unhelpful and duplicate posts are deleted.
