I would say that one of the best advice we can get when investing in cryptocurrencies is to avoid panic selling.  I remember when I was just a beginner, I sold most of my crypto when the price returned dramatically in early March on COVID-19.  Although, I was able to think again and I am in profit now, then I had a terrible feeling of losing money.  Of course, I will never make the same mistake again.   Yes, I completely agree with you, we must avoid panic selling, to preserve our balance from the big loss, because automatically when the selling phase ends, new investors enter to buy from the bottom, and thus the price rises again, so we can sell .

Brother you are absolutely right.  First we should research about coins and than buy which have low price and if price suddenly goes down than do not decide in panic or frustrated because you will be sell them in panic due to which you got loss.  We should kept patient and hold them till price goes up.
