i think for  us to witness such stories of wealth we would need to see big investors getting in the market and buying coins with millions and even billions.

Yes and this is happening, people are buying with millions of dollars outside the exchange mostly and in long term this will affect the market and eventually the btc price will go up.

It will. there are always new bubbles. It started with the Tulip bubble, we had the dot.com bubble and it will continue because people are gready of heart.

Yes, I think so too. An anonymous author has published a detailed story of his operations with cryptocurrencies. In 2010 Bitcoin was so cheap that it wasn't even enough to buy one pizza.
