Yeah i think you are right the demand of crypto is increasing day by day that's why crypto currency prices are increases. if you are holding your bitcoin then i suggest you should sell them as the prices are quite high in recent times you will gain much profit.

Its a personal choice to either hold or sell your coins, some people store up their coins to sell later when the price has gone up OE when the amount has grown large enough, while others sell every little coins they get.
