Are the scammers more talented than developers?

I believe yes the scammers and hackers are more talented than the developers. I think developers are simply talented people and they work for some betterment and achievement but the scammers are very clever who steal by using their talent.

No, i don't think scammers are more talented than developers. They are just people who choose the wrong path and find gaps in security system to steal. Developers makes program and make it secure as much as they can. Offcourse developers are human, they make mistakes they can't make anything perfect. Scammers just exploit their mistakes.

Its an interesting question that you have asked. I dont think that the hackers are more talented than developers, I think that the hackers play on the greed that people have. Than again, many developers have turned into hackers. Also, there have been cases of developers purposely leaving back doors to hack or access the web site / program / wallet they created. Its important than any secure site is open source code. Also, there are now many black hat hackers who have turned into white hat hackers, to discover vulnerabilities in secure web sites.

Well, we can't compare the talent by just inspecting on their work or the profession they possess. Means, a scammer is a person who is involving himself in an unethical work and often cheats and defrauds people for their personal benefit. However, a developer is a person who contributes to the platform where he work with his ethics and morals, and develops the system to help other people. So, if we choose ethics over fraud, then such talents are appreciated and liked by most people.

Scammers are numerous and better than developers in cheating others. Developers are project developers, giving ideas and solutions to the community instead of defrauding and appropriating community property like scammers.
However, in some cases, hackers are actually better than developers ^^

Scammers doesn't usually sleep thinking of how to attach a site for their malicious interest, why developers are sleeping thinking they have everything running well, developers should work more on security so that people's fund will be safe.

Of course hackers has too much of knowledge with them so that they could hack the accounts or the wallets of the users without letting them know about it, developer can only develop the sites and projects and also can take some initiative to make the sites or software more safe but hacker are beyond it, so its better to be aware and protect your wallet with the authenticator.
