But I want to reply about your question is that yes you can send cryptocurrency in those country in which it is legal or unbanned but it is transfer by changing into other currency which is also related to cryptocurrency.

The taxes applied on crypto are very huge @decemberends.It is possibly due to it's high price as compared to other local currencies .If we see in Yobit the withdrawal fees of bitcoin is very high .If you send bitcoin to a friend then you will experiences huge taxes .So I think that it is more reliable to send USD to other countries as compared to crypto.
