Yes and especially a coin on real estate, I think one of the most undervalued position in this world is the real estate, I think about 30% of everyone in the world owns a home and about 70 rent, so when you look at the huge population that is in renting , that could be a wonderful project that would work perfectly for A coin.

If I ever have a brilliant idea for a crypto project, then of course yes. Also, if I have a large international company, then I would like to issue shares in this company through tokens and a blockchain project. Its own coin is the idea of freedom and independence.

I had never thought about it, but now that I read your questions I find it quite interesting and curious. I suppose that for that I would have to have a fairly large financial fund. I do not think it is an easy task, but neither is it impossible. I would think of giving it a name, for example LUM, which comes from light. 😉

The way I see it, one can create truly successfull coin only with help of a big pro team. Your project need to be really popular, preferably for buissness structures, and it's practically impossibly in 2020 without very serious investments.

I think you asked the wrong way. I dont think really big crypto projects began like "hey lets create our own coin and blockchain" . There were a problem which isnt solved in other projects and then you start to solve it by your coin. So i would like to know if anybody have really issues with the ones who already exist.

For a common person, creating a cryptocurrency is very complicated, but if you have a well-established business, it may be possible. Well, taking the current situation in your favor, you could hold your coin. The complicated thing would be to list your cryptocurrency on an exchange, which is very complicated, this if you want your currency to go to the next level.

No, I haven't thought about that. Besides the fact that you would need a lot of money to invest in such project, I think that if you want to create some type of token or altcoin that has success it needs to have a purpose or be a solution for a problem (as everyone said) for example dentacoin (DCN) that was created to help the dental industry, it was really innovative. So I would only think of creating one if I have a specific project in mind
