For me, btc is better.  I don't use PayPal because it is not anonymous, unlike btc and other cryptocurrencies.  Also PayPal does not work in some countries (eg Russia).

I have been using paypal for about 3 years and during this time I was not at all disappointed in it, fast transfers and relatively small commissions, minus, of course, that you cannot store cryptocurrency on it, but as a fiat wallet it has proven itself perfectly.

paypal has many details that are governed by rules, which normally favors scammers, example the refund policy and the preference for the one the send money, In Bitcoin you do not have that problem since it is specifically done through exchanges such as yobit and some that are p2p, safely without limitations.

Bitcoin and the other cryptocurrencies have much more privacy than PayPal, people love it.
Also less commissions than paypal and if you think bitcoin charges a lot, choose dogecoin as the currency to carry out your transactions and pay less fee.

Bitcoin is more effective and we can be anonymous in the transfer and withdrawal. Privacy is everything to me. Paypal needs al possible and imaginable documents.

Both bitcoin and paypal are structurally very different. Paypal is strictly centralized and works with conjugation of the local government. Paypal follows different rule for different countries. Like in India, users are not allowed to keep any dollars in their paypal profile more than a day. If they keep it, then paypal will automatically send that amount to your connected bank account. Where as the rule for bitcoin is same for any country in the world. Where ever you go, bitcoin network will support you the similar way.

I am inclined towards bitcoin.  It is much more convenient, you do not need to verify anything, you can enter without any confirmation, and so on.  At Paypal, I consider it a privilege to be able to get my funds back when sent to scammers .. of course you can't always get them back, but in some cases there is such an opportunity.

So. My personal opinion is that Bitcoin is much better. First of all less commission and fees. Anonymous according to PayPal. PayPal takes a lot. And when you withdraw your money, you have to wait for 2 days which is not good if you need your money fast.

Payplay is a good alternative to pay bills online and to make some payments by transfer but I think there are other cheaper alternatives such as Cryto currencies where it allows a lower cost for doing the same and also the Bitcoin are more protected
