Thanks for sharing those useful points Dear @iloveyobit! as a newbie is not easy to identify cryptocurrency and ICO scam anyway, the unique option is the experience. When we are newbie we should be ignorant about any offers we receive and about the new coin/token, always stay investing in the most popular cryptocurrency.

1-Make a deep research about the Team:

The first and first step that anyone who wants to invest in new currencies or an ICO must take is to search for the currency team and their social media accounts in terms of whether they are real accounts and if are they active, this can give you a great idea about the currency and if its real or scam .

Well said, by following the mentioned steps we will e able to identify many cryptocurrency scams and ICOs. Many people have cried because they have lose a lot of money by investing in fake projects after being attracted by their fake offers! So its goo to review before join them.

Be very careful with ICOs, almost 90% are fraudulent scams. sadly they took advantage of the boom, to make setups and mismanagement and steal the funds with different fraudulent strategies to keep the money. it is best to review, review and re-look at everything with great distrust. Since the experiences we had were not good, I think that all the ico were lost, in a few months. so you better check and be very careful not to lose your money.

indeed , actually im longer investing with them since i got a bad experience with an ICO in 2018 , i invested with them then the project almost failed and i got my money frozen for more than year but fortunately i get it back after the coin listing and i was lucky .

Thats good advice you give. The problem is people get caught up in the moment & do things without taking the time to do the proper research. Then they get burned & lose money. Then they blame other people. Its your responsibility to know where you are spending your money. No one to blame but yourself if you lose money.
