Dear when we don't create the posts and give reactions to the posts then we will get banned. You should keep in mind first you have to create some posts after that you can give reaction. If you give reaction before posting you will get warning points. So be careful about this mistake. 

Otherwise you get band..

As before we got the payment of the reactions but according to some updates, the payment has been stopped now and we have stopped getting the talk tokens but we should still be rating. But we should do pure rating because it becomes our right to encourage by rating  if the members present in the forum share a good and useful information.
