You are absolutely right and I agree with what you say, we should not be afraid when reacting negatively on a topic or comment that is useless or that does not comply with the forum rules because it is normal for us to do so that way we would be contributing our grain of sand to help with the improvement of the forum

Exactly, every members should fight their fear don't depends what you received is part to be unmotivated sometimes because of the negatives. For those people Give negatives reacts be considerate to the owner of the posts read carefully and analyze if that posts is useful or not give them chance to improve their works. Hello everyone, before if you are given a reputation by a friend will be shown to your notification the name of the person who gave you the reputation and you will know whether it's positive or negative and I think on how the forum change the way of knowing who gave you a positive reputation or negative reputation is the best way because knowing who gave you reputation especially negative ones will bring hatred between the members of the forum.

Thats a good thing, now we can genuinely rate posts without any fear of revenge. But we have to be truthful and rate according the criteria, give negative ratings only for useless or irrelevant posts. Dont simply degrade someone, without any reason. Positive and negative ratings should be given by following proper rating criteria, this will result in better ratings and admins can easily understand bad posts.

The best way to do away with negative reaction is to make beneficial posts in the forum. I think we should not give bad reputation to anyone because it is bad thing. Don't fear about reaction his post you get reaction your post deserve.

The Moderators are wise by hiding those show gave negative reputations as to reduce the way people will keep giving the same person negative reputations and will be making the community to be less interactive. If you look at bad reputations as bad for yourself then you must leave the forum now, you can't survive in crypto without criticism because criticism makes you a better person. Revenge is not the key for your success, the key is know your limit and surpass it.

Yep, you could give a positive or negative rating on any post that you saw here in the forum. We also should be in fear of giving out ratings that differs because it is really subjective and it the given ratings always depends on whether who gave it liked the post or not.

Exactly, fear must be put aside and a sense of justice must be used. Reputation is helping the member to learn from the mistake and improve and not make mistakes again. I don't see a bad reputation as a bad thing, unless I get a bad reputation for no reason, it would make me sad.

@Nezar Thanks for this improvement done by our forum moderators because every forum member is free to give reputations to any post depending on its quality and also we can help our forum moderators to delete any posts that are useless and not informative without having fear since we cannot be identified by anybody by rating it negatively or reporting it

This is same thought which i was thinking about.  Good or bad reputations are helpful for both supervisor and the one who posts a post. Unhelpful and random posts creats disturbance and irritation for all.  Those posts which are nothing but just waste of time should be discouraged. And those which deserve positive remarks should be given. Honesty is important to incourage or discourage.
