I think its a simple case of demand and supply, that the price of bitcoin increased so tremendously. Because there are limited bitcoins and the asking of bitcoin is high. 

Because bitcoin is accepted widely and usage of Bitcoin is high, and more over it is the revolutionary in the world of currency, and its security is very high. 

So i think thats the reason bitcoin price increases tremendously in past 10 years.
