Yes it is highly necessary that all users even beginners start to creating new topic in the forum. The experience to users can share their knowledge on various subjects to the new users. There was a another reason for this as you know there are some people who came in here just because of the money not technically to learn something which sucks really bad cuz thats sounds like desperate and sometimes they even try to make a another account wishing that second one doesnt get banned.

Responsibility of a uses here on the platform,is basically to share knowledge in what we think as an article and even get some lessons as well even if the post counts are lower the active user have to make their selves useful

Being a member here in the forum doesn't mean that you have the responsibility to create your own thread here in the forum. Maybe it will be nice if you will post a thread every once in a while, but it is not that necessary. Plus, it is really discouraging to post a thread here because most threads are deleted.

Its pointless trying to post anything when many of your efforts to post something has been futile because the moderators don't think your post is relevant and it go deleted at all time. This might put you in rethink because you wouldn't want to have your account getting warned or banned.
