To my observation, firstly we should give them some chance and way to improve their work, so that they have a genuine chance to  survive in this campaign then also if they are not doing work in a good way then there is a point to report them because any new members have no experience about the work in this campaign even maximum are not having knowledge about cryptocurrency so it will be fair if we give chance to let them learn things first before reporting them.

This is  good thing, but it is necessary to take into account the most important thing. See the number of posts by a member before reporting it. Perhaps a new member and not enough experience. But if it is an old member It has a good number of jobs, it must be reported to supervisors...

Spammers blame moderators to this point I am totally agree with you @Alkane100  whenever moderators gives warning points are banned spammers, then they act like pure souls and they didn't made any mistake, but we knows without any mistake mods never take any strong action,

I think it's our duty to report spammers because we should help to maintain quality of the forum and also we should be free from seeing meaningless massages that are not beneficial to everyone. But sometimes we should try to make correction for some of new members because there is some of them joining newly don't know much about the forum let's us check their posts first.
