That's a very nice question, i think delevoping countries will be effected more in the beggining, because in those countries people cannot trust the government too much and they want to invest something else, like crypto. That's why some undevelop or developing countries are banning crypto. In a long term developed country will be effected from crypto too, but i don't think it will be negative.
