On the contrary, BTC & other cryptos are in a bull run because of the so called Corona Virus. For whatever reason all cryptos are really running strong & it looks there is no stopping them. There could be many reasons why this is happening, not just 1 specific reason.

I think Bitcoin really benefited from this pandemic and it is surprising that something can prosper during a pandemic. any people were short of money and during the lockdown there were no jobs to go to , so they started to learn about cryptocurrency and  started earning money out of it. the increasing popularity of cryptocurrency , allowed Bitcoin to have high price.

Bitcoin proven itself and pumped again after the dump at start and recovered slowly and by the end of year it broke its ATH and reached a new ATH which is double of the previous ATH , those who trusted BTC and bought it from button when it reached 4000$ where able to make 1000% profit after that pump and the price will continue increasing to reach 100000$ by the end of 2021
