I am not very creative when it comes to creating topics, on the other hand I have created a couple and they have eliminated them, therefore I only limit myself to commenting on others' topics since I generally inquire in each section looking for topics of interest and useful information to learn about the crypto world this forum is full of good information and many active users so it is normal to come across a good topic and comment.

In this forum both things are really interesting, since it encourages you to create new topics or themes already based on discussions within the forum, and thus you contribute your knowledge to others and you can contribute to their teaching. On the other hand you find super interesting topics which you cannot miss without putting your comments and criteria on it.

Replying to a topic is much more easier than creating one, hence I prefer replying. If I have to create topic, i have first find a topic, second put in research, as in the reader, may have a proper perspective, of what I am trying to say or ask, and is it based on evidence etc. 

Some people can create two, three lines topic, if you can do that, creating topic is better. I cant.

The feature that recently has been added as rating other's posts is quite extraordinary. Because now we can actually feel and indicate which one is correct and which one us not. So the responding feature is quite awesome I guess. I think posting here is really a good initiative. Through that we can actually know about the crypto related things more faster.
