I completely agree with you, I think the same way. After all, it is real that people give a lot of positive reputation for creating new and interesting topics. I think if you create about 10 topics a day, you can get somewhere around 15 or even 20 positive reputations.

I observe it too that users are more interested in topic and less interested in replies. We should both read carefully and put ratings. Sometimes it is hard to create new topics daily because the most of the ideas are already taken.

That is why my goal everyday is that create good post regardless whether it don't get rates as soon as possible, i know that there are users who will be able to read and give rates to that even after how many days.
