Notifications could be so many things and the first one is that someone had engaged you in a discussion , thats the first one, the second one is that someone is trying so hard to make sure that you are making everything sound right so they try to ask a question and when they use your name it comes in and gives a notification, and when you have been away fro a while then this has been one of those you need to work on

No amount of limit to reply for a post as long as you don't violate any of the rules of you have 1000 notifications if you are capable enough , you can reply to those comment without any problem.

there is no restriction on the replying of the notifications for the quote you got from someone so you can always reply to them but make sure you do it step by step on daily basis by consuming all of your post.

The reasons for obtaining warning points are quite obvious and can be avoided But I think that the total ban on the country depends on the type of posts that people from the same countries publish, meaning that it is a collective responsibility that falls on everyone from different countries to avoid this matter.

If you have been banned for some time after getting the warning points, refine your warning and start a new job. The administration blocked many spammers and disabled the registration due to the war against the forum spammers. You must start making new and useful posts for members in addition to returning to the base and read it well.
