I don't know that wallet my friend because i think settings are different in every wallet according to their developers. But am using a wallet that doesn't use private keys, because when you will forget where you noted your private key you will never recover your account.

The wallets have the option to export the seed phrases, you just have to go to the configuration of your wallet and look for the option, it will only ask you for the password in some cases or your fingerprint if you are on your phone and you have it enabled.

I don't think that you ever tried the wallets, they are all open source and even if the wallet servers stopped, you can use your seed in another wallet as well as blockchain.

Not all private key wallets are open source, some are close source, coinomi as an example is a close source. But, you are right, even when these wallets are offline, you can still get to your private key on the wallet.
