If you are an addict in gambling and you can't help your self to stop from addiction, I think you should seek help from the experts like a legal counselor or a psychiatrist because if you are an addict there is something wrong with your mental health which needs to take care of a specialist.

I understand you that it is really hard to quit. Understand this though, there are people that do not get addicted easily and there are people that get instantly attracted and cant quit as easy as it looks. I would advice you to begin playing poker. It is gambling too, it has the same excitement, but if you manage to get good you will have a good chance to profit from this.

@bitcoinb I have been an addicted punter before, it was like a trap that can destroy someone's life. Check online about gambling problem. Some even need medical intervention.

I also left gambling addictions after once I lost more than $200 on a single sitting. It is very hard to get rid off such addiction directly but slowly it can be possible if you follow active cryptocurrency tradings to earn benefits. You need to believe in yourself.

I used to earn more before for example once I earned $50 just from $10 investment which later inspired me to earn more from more bet amounts that's why I decided to bet $200 to expect high return but stocked after losing $200 .

Betting seemed somehow, this has happened to be several times before, I will use small amount of money and I will gain but if I increase the amount, will lose all at ones too. And if I lose ones, I will continue losing until I am broke with no money again for that period.

Addiction is just in your mind. You NEED to understand this clearly. Only then you would be able to change something. Learn control, practice yoga and communicate with other people with the same problem and you will finally overcome the addiction. I do wish you good luck!

Hello, more than 1 year ago I was diagnosed with gambling, I could not stop playing, I played all the money I had and if I did not take my family's money it was a very difficult stage, a few months ago when I hit rock bottom I went to therapy with the psychiatrist, and I must tell you that it helped me a lot and I have not played for 8 months and the truth is that I feel very good I do not feel like doing it and everything is starting to get back on track. I recommend that you go to therapy even if you are on time because it can become something greater. I hope my experience has served you

I would put an extension that blocks access to the sites you play on (that is, you will not be able to access them). I also struggled with gambling addiction, and only this method helped me.

If you can't stop by yourself its possible to get proffesion help from someone who got experiance with it.

But i see its 0.2 Etherium thats not really much not a bid deal some people gable 3 4 BTC and lose it thats much worser. Better now to Gamble on gamblingsite if you want to gamble try better Bitmex ore daytrading platforms like PrimeXBT.

Gambling is known not to be good, if you are addicted, better leave gambling like other have commented.
