Yes reading a guidelines is first thing what newbies should have to do here. Without knowing rules and restriction they are posting which results them to be banned and they also cannot explain actually why they get banned.

Before working in any kind of site we should read the guidelines atleast for once, in case of cryptotalk if anyone do not read the guidelines he'll face many problems durning work

As I've followed that of not copying others comments, and plagiarizing and making posts which bares of few lines of words can result you post being reduced and that's because you didn't follow the rules
