In my opinion we are allowed the sticker, photos and documents . Because sticker make our post beauty. We use this  for good posting. I have seen many numbers of post where use the emoji.

Dear I have seen yet some posts that contain some sticker and emojis. I think the reason behind this is to Express their expressions about any post. @Sania mirza... and @Maimifersy well explained.

Any one can use sticker if rules & regulations of site allowe this. Because following the rules will be in fever . The used sticker most be related to topic other wise it well be null and dull. 

Putting  Stickers, emoji, photo or screenshot will bright the meaning of the topic so I well prefer to use this kind of contact.  Knowing more faster will save you time.
