Why people are unable to get Reputation!!

@kion When there was a payment for rating it was very good, but as always, many users cheated and gave ratings without reading the publications and comments and that is why they eliminated that part of the payment, now we have to be more precise and seek to help each other. others interacting with each other and qualifying to obtain the benefits that are sought, it is more difficult than before, but if you can, greetings.

Any ways, it true, we can't blame the moderators for cancelling the payment for rating, and that is the problem with people, when thy get the chance to improve, they abuse that opportunity, and now we are all suffering it.
