Yeah, it's a great thing to encourage members to post their topics but the problem is that I notice that new topics didn't get much attention from the members, that's because members tend to reply on a topic that is popular they are not using the sorting to sort and see the newly published topics.

Good sense.  I appreciate you for this post.  But one thing I think it is a responsibility of the senior members because their rank is too high and a rating too high.  New members could not create new or useful topics because they are learning now but as a word of your post if we give them a challenge we can create new topics. You are right we should try our best to find new topics but new every day  Topics are so hard to find but we should create one topic in a week.  We should not spend all the time in the introductory part, we should also visit other sections where we find new and interesting topics and learn more from other sections.
