Your words are right buddy.  We are running behind many ratings.  But we do not notice whether our post is worthy of useful ?.  If the post is not useful, you will not receive payment.  So we should focus on creating good quality posts.

You will only received it if your post seems interesting and useful. Beginner and old members are looking for something new and good content so make one.
