TALK token has nothing to do with Bitcoin's price movements. It is an internal Yobit token related to cryptotalk campaign. It's only use is for advertisers, when they give ads to Cryptotalk site, they buy TALK tokens, which doesn't seem to be happening much if we observe the constant decrease in token's price.

Well I think it is because people are selling their coins they are not investing or keeping them. And when people start selling a currency rather then keeping then or investing them then its price falls and if people buy coins meaning demand of coin is high then its price will be high too.

We do not know friend, I think it is something that had to happen because what is most valuable is the bitcoin for being the first currency that has as domain the blockchain, so we also have to go changing the talk we have to BTC.

The value of the currency depends on the buying and selling of the currency. The members of the ince forum sell their tokens once they receive a payment and there is no holding on the talk coin so the value of the token is declining due to the high selling of the token.

          Well I don't think it's a conspiracy or a plan work, what I think and understand is that most talkcoin holders sell the coin off without holding longer in order to  reduce it's circulation and help rise it price.
