Auto log out problem in yobit

We face this issue every once in a while, however today it is working and I have enrolled and there is no difficult you can enter at some other point or request backing and help from them.

I have never encountered this problem before
I don't think it's a problem in the forum or the platform!
You may be logging off and not paying attention
Not sure, but it is the first time I have heard of your problem!

I also face this problem daily  and i am also worried why this haopen to me i think this is because of the browser and can be problem in ip address maybe  we used vpn then its happen to us.

We need to use original IP addres for this youbit forum and we will see that it will not happen again so follow my instruction and save your account befor banned.

It's not only you that faces that kind of inconvenience @sayems. The first time it occured to me then I was still a bigginer, i got scared thinking they banned my account. It's a normal thing. It will soon be normal.

I advise you to speak to the support department and ask about the reasons
One of the common reasons is because you clear cookies manually or through some programs that are installed to speed up your computer.

Hey friend, ive faced this problem few times and it can be easily solved. You can login again and to ensure your safety and security an authentication code is sent to your mail id. You have to paste that code in the space provided. So you will be able to login into your account safely. This auto logout problem is common, and its not bad for your account.

This problem happens with everyone when the server is not responding well and the account is is logged out automatically. It gets right after sometime, so just wait for the right time.

Check your account if there is an error. If the problem still exists, contact the support, for sure they will find a solution to this problem. It is a reputable forum

yes , i face this problem many time  no reason my account is log out .so i try to login again and again.there is technical issue about yobit exchange.but current situation i don't face this problem.

This has happened to me and all my friends who are working on this cryptotalk. But I don't know about it yet. But let me tell you that this is the first time this issue has happened to me. Every time I have to log in to Yobit and the next day it is the same issue again. Let me know if you know the solution.

I do not face this problem, and my friends who are here also do not face it, so I think that the problem you have is your device, internet settings or something. I advise you to contact the support team for the platform in order to solve the problem for you

Yes my friend, i have this problem too but not daily weekly or monthly. It will maybe fix soon because it maybe the problem of network and it maybe the problem of changing location and many more things.

Hey mate!It sometime happens.Because the server somtime get loaded.So it start buffering.Then after a few minutes it starts working.OR may be it can the problem of your internet.Because sometimes the net also start to loose signals.But you don't need to worry.Because the server problem will get solved.It has also happened with me alot of me.

It's a common problem that almost everyone has, including me. The main reason for this problem is that they verify your account, whether it is a real owner's account or a fake owner's account. This is not bad for you at all if someone tries to hack your account or gives you the wrong password while trying to log in to your account so your account is logged out from any device.I think the auto log out system is a very good system for us.

Don't worry its all about for your protection. It may happen if some one access to your account or you log in on any other device or may it occurs when the ip address change from earlier to other you are logged out if you feel any suspicious activity you can secure your yobit account.

Im been experience that too right now at first i got confused but i try to log in again then i observe there's no a problem from my account. So, this is a reason why some of the member authomatically log out thanks for sharing now i already know why this happen and we all glad is for the safety of money and easily to detect if there's a problem for immediately out the accounts.

I think this is not a big deal. This problem is common when your internet connection is very slow or you change tabs without logging out. If you don't have saved the draft you have to login again. And also if you use the same account at different devices then you have to login again. So i suggest to log out your profile by yourself then this problem will not happen.

This problem was temporary and it was fixed, but when I searched for the cause, I found that a new address was added to send currencies from multiple platforms, and a firewall was added to the browser when entering the platform.

i think that is normal, i'm open my yobit account in my labtop, and when i shutdown my labtop i close my yobit account without logout, in the next day when i oprn yobit i find my account logged out automatically and i log in other time.

I think its the cloudflare defence mechanism, that logs user out, so that, a hacker cannot access your funds. After the last ddos attack, they have amped up the security. however if you are using linux, you might find it easier. With the last attack, i was logged out as well, but once everything is fine, in linux you dont get logged out.

Yes, basically! Of course I also face this problem every day and I also worry about why I think it is because of the browser and the IP address can be a problem.  Basically we used VPN then it happens in our case.

We need to use the original IP addresses for this yobit forum.

I think everyone face this problem because at that time I also face the issue and it was indeed more time and when I enter to my yobit account after a while automatically logout so I was thinking about that but then I see news and also they make it fix so sometimes it happening..

Maybe the problem seem to be that you don't click on remember me before clicking on log in, I think if you do that you won't find that problem again. Try to that and see, it will definitely work.

Everyone has this matter with him and that is that he is logged out after a full day has passed without entering the platform. It is a normal procedure. Nothing else. If your account remains open, your account may be logged in and you are misappropriated. This is why you log out without you doing it.

I think the problem you have is inside your platform. Because your problem happens over a long period of time, it does not happen every day. You find out your problem first. If necessary, you can ask for help at the center.
