But I understand from the posts that I have read so far that it is better to buy low fee coins.
Is this true for Dogecoin?

I don't advice anyone to invest in dead coins you can go value altcoins that has great future and more profitable than dogecoin. Good examples are ripple, litecoin, and ethereum. They are the best performing currencies almost to bitcoin they rise as bitcoin pump up in price

Doge coin for holding? It is not a bad choice for holders but prepare yourself to wait for a longer time compared to other altcoins. If you are a holder, choose ethereum instead. Doge is more stable and moves less than ETH and gives you less earning. If XRP had not encountered the accusation, it could be the best substitute for Doge because it is cheap like Doge but with far more volume and movements. If you want to hold Doge, don't invest all you have in it. I would only invest 40% in Doge and 60% in altcoins and bitcoin.

Yes it could be good coin to hold, but as we all know dogecoin created for fun , but after that it becomes a reliable project. Also we all knew elon musk said dogecoin is my favourite coin, but we shouldn't trust his word because he always shake the crypto world with his words.
