In trading there is always a trading depression, every time you make a mistake there will be a depression, for that to avoid deep losses, I recommend that you only buy potential coins namely bitcoin and ETH. There is less risk of buying these two coins than buying new coins. You can maintain short term or long term depending on the market situation.

Yes I have been in a situation like this. it was when bitcoin fell to 5 000. I was very scared and I wanted to sell It because I thought Its dead. But my friend stopped me and said to wait, So I sold it for 10 000 🙂

@SimonHi. I also have this experience of buying and losing money. And I understand your feelings. However, for this money, I received several valuable lessons, which are later used as a trigger when I almost made these mistakes again, forgetting myself. Now I have become more educated in this regard and try not to make old mistakes. I would love to read your next post.

I am sure most that have been in the trading business or even in the crypto trading business for a while have gone through the panic of trading something off in a hurry thinking that its value is getting less and less. Sometimes that is true but many times the opposite happens. If in doubt I would say trade into a stablecoin at least then you will not end up loosing more then when the trade was executed. And if you are already in a bad mood or feeling depressed that day maybe choose a different day to make your trade as generally nothing good happens while in those states of mind.

I can feel that. The trauma isn't something to overcome easily as it will impose lots of fear. I don't think I have lost that much from initial investment but I have faced loss up to 20% few times; miscalculated plan as I call it. I would rather keep holding if there is any slightest of opportunity for bull again than selling lower than amount bought. It is all risky in the end. 😤

Well in depression we should avoid trade because in depression we have not  proper analysis about trade if we put wrong trade we can loss our trade.
