Of course there must be some kind of regulation, as many of these bogus projects are generally created to scam anyone who participates. I have heard cases of new currencies where many people have been scammed for not making sure before participating if they are real projects or not. There is wide variety of crypto currencies .but i prefer few one such as Bitcoin, ethereum, Doge , Ripple,Litecoin and talktoken .i think these are the main and most valuable crypto currencies. They in my opinion new coins and token should work on promoting their coins. Because first when a coin or token lunched it is not listed on any exchanger thats why that token or coin has no value. But when the coin listed in a good exchanger like yobit the coin demand and price increases day by day. So they should work hard to list their coin.

If any body wants to make new coin my opinion for this coin that the new currency or coin launching authorities should regulate it and should be make policies to avoid from scamming, fraud and joke. So don't compete with the people's interest.

The new coin of the cryptotalk is going to decrease at lower level the price is decreeing on daily basis due to increase in supply. Hope it will be stable in future because new currency takes time to stable.

Actually not anyone can make currencies because there are several conditions need to be exiated first but still agree with you that most of new currencies are used for scam and steal people money that is why it is always a must to search about the project team of a currency to make sure if the project is legit or not
