I understand that the blockchain is a database where entries are connected and any changes are recorded permanently. It is also secure up to a point and very difficult to change the data. Also more difficult to change anything that happened as you go back in time. This gives it a strong security and doesn't allow changes and forgery. I think that blockchain systems will be importand for big industries and corporations as it will reduce any corruption and can help with validating anything, even a small pen from being where it is supposed to be, up to cargo and shipments.

We can't apply everything to blockchain but too many things will work better this way. Small offices, and companies don't need a blockchain and an internal network running on a centralized database can help them more. Blockchain is about expansion. I can say that I have speculated what it would be like when all governments applied blockchain technology, transfer fees would be very low since there would be many exchanges online. It would be great for anywhere with cryptocurrencies, banks agreeing to keep cryptocurrencies and all kinds of virtual currency, but they are just speculations until we wait one day to see them come true, soon in about 5 to 10 years maybe we can do it.
