@spyaquino You are right. I consider the reaction, whether by commenting or evaluating, is telling the author of the topic to continue their efforts. When the evaluation is positive, it means thanks and support for the owner of the topic, and when it is negative, it means that there are mistakes and should not be made in the future.

Thanks alot for the advice. Actually many of us just care about commenting without actually goin through the replies of other members which i think is not a good way to go.
