I don't see a chance for this to happen because if any country start to pay salaries with cryptocurrencies it means they accepted to replace their national coin with crypto and no government will do that even if they allowed to deal with crypto 

but as an answer to your question I prefer BTC because its the most popular and main currency in crypto
