Google is working on this kind of technology and thy claimed to achieved quantum supremacy?

Yeah google said they achieved good things and i am sure they will make a tech that will change the world but nope it cant kill blockchain because Blockchain is a system that makes everything more safer.It will be used at different areas too.Lets see what will google make in the future.

I think if anything, a quantum computer could help block chain. It would process transactions and mine much faster. I don't see how it could kill blockchain, perhaps you can explain your reasoning?

As we know that every encryption in past was cracked we can expect that somoene will invent computer that will crack sha256 and other encryption. We need to be ready for that and upgrade in time.

I don't think quantum computing would kill the blockchain technology. I think that it is a good idea that quantum computing could give boost on blockchain technology including bitcoin.

Bitcoin hack is not th worst thing that can happen, as every single security in the world will be broken.
Military also uses same sha256 encryption, and many other security agencies also.

Yes it can because quantum computers 1000s times faster then nowadays computer. But i think the blockchain technology will improve and be more complex. Who knows...

Absolutely yes but it can help blockchain to improve its algorithms as quantum speed is thousands of times faster than a normal blocks of ledgers. Making blockchain more faster and secure will help future crypto users to focus on their coins and not worry about their earnings could be steal by others.

What if google achieved quantum computing supremacy! They won't think about crypto currency or blockchain system rather they will invent new technology as the quantum computing is faster than super computer. However, google may rethink about the development of more faster blockchain. And it could be.

They don't care about blockchain ...we are talking about crypotgraphy here...
Bitcoin uses sha256 crypography same as military and security does.
Everything will be broken with quantum, not just blockchain

As google is the most powerful tech giant in the world they don't want let anyone or any technology to be better than them. They have a well established research center with hundreds of brilliant programmers and engineers where everyone remain busy in the development and invention of new technology. That's why they can able to find out quntam computing technology to defeat Satoshi Nakamoto's Blockchain system. But they took a long time. Shame on them.

Defeat Satoshi's blockchain system with what purpose? Blockchain technology is great and is helping the world to develop faster so I don't think they have any reason to destroy it or do something bad against it

A quantum computer is not yet in production, and as for the fact that a quantum computer will kill bitcoin, it is quite possible. Need to seek protection.

I think if Quantum computers exist then it really kills Blockchain and Bitcoin, it seems like now we have to discuss how to tame Quantum computer technology.

I think that later Blockchain will prepare a shield to protect himself. If there is danger it is certain that he will prepare for protection, I think Blokchain will do that.

If Quantum Computer exist now or in the future I think that's a real challenge for the Crypto Currency world because I'm 100% sure that it can bypass all of the cryptography. But I think Google won't do that, I hope.
