I have never encounter such kind of problem before but I don't think is a general one but I will assure you that is a small technical problem that is going to be fixed or you check your network provider and reboot your phone again.

My friend firstly try to refresh the page in your browser and secondly try to check the connection of your router or the mobile data and then your problem will be solved.
