I have noticed some people do not know much about tether, that is why they do send to wrong address. Tether is built on three blockchains:

1. Bitcoin omini layer

This is built on bitcoin blockchain, and it has the same address with bitcoin legacy address that start with 1. So the tether addressed of this kind start with 1.

2.  ERC-20

This type of address start with 0x, it is the same as ether addresses. It is built on ethereum blockchain.

3. TRC-20

This is built on Tron blockchain, the address is the same as tron addresses and start with T.

Most exchanges are using ERC-20 for tether, but it is good to check this before sending tether. And also, make sure you did not send bitcoin, ether or tron to the corresponding addresses for one reasons or the other that can let you permanently lose your funds.

We must be very carefull with this tether that if we are to move to an wallet to be sure to use the correct because we may make mistake in this and send the Tron Tether by mistake to Etehreum wallet and lose it all.

It is true that USDT is being used more over the world. Many sites support USDT for investment and making pair in trading such as USDT/BTC, USDT/ETH, USDT/LTC. But I am user of YoBit site which also supports the USD money for trading. That's why I prefer USD and don't use USDT.

We must always know where to send our Theter since the ethereum and tron networks are the most common and they should not make mistakes because if they do so they could lose their money so always see to which address you are sending your theter and which network  the one of ethereum or the one of tron.

Other then tether, we should always be careful while using a wallet. Especially when we are going to deposit or transfer money to other wallets. Because if unknowingly, you add a wrong a digit then your whole amount will transfer to other users and you will revert the process. So if you using a wallet first time, then first get the correct information about transactions.

You are absolutely right. Sending of any cryptocurrency to a wrong crypto address will eventually lead to loss of fund. You need to be careful and cross-check the address before sending to avoid mistakes. Once a transaction is validated, you won't be able to retrieve your funds back.

Much obliged to you for reminding us and we should be very carefull with this tie that in the event that we are to move to a wallet to make certain to utilize the right since we may commit error in this and send the Tron Tether unintentionally to Etehreum wallet and lose everything, this is significant and thank you for the update

This is absolutely true, I had a tremendous confusion once I desired to ship the Tether coin from one of the platforms, and I changed into amazed that there has been multiple deal with to receive, and I did now no longer have this facts which you defined for your subject matter approximately the addresses of the Tether, and for me I suppose that it's miles the first-rate deal with you may ship to him.  It is TRC-20 because it fees low as compared to Ethereum ERC-20

You must have provided important information. It is not right to send or receive a cryptocurrency to the wrong address. This can lead to a loss of funds. You must not check the address before sending a cryptocurrency coin.

I am a new member of this forum. I haven't got a good idea about this site yet. I don't know what Tithar is. And what to do with it. And I want to work for the development of cryptocurrency by making proper use of all these things.

This is very important when we start using cryptos, to a person that happened this week, he was sending cryptos to an exchange through BNB's BSC network i.e. the BEP2, but he did it to an ERC20 address and lost it, it's very unfortunate, but let's always ask about this friends.
