We don't know who gave us any reputation but the moderators knows! A member who gives random negative reputation even to a useful post is a scammer! So by reporting them you will not only solve your problem,  but you will help support the moderators to catch a scammer after they investigate him and find the evidence.

I rate correctly and give good posts a positive rating, bad and random posts negative rating members we all have to be sincere in rating

Everywhere there are enemies of success, I always thought that if someone gave me a negative reputation what should I do and would my account be blocked or not

Sometimes I also feel unfair because some of my posts were deleted and were not paid, even though I was sure that the posts I made were good and could provide benefits to others. But I know for sure the moderators act according to the applicable SOP where every post will be monitored and scrutinized by a very strict system. I try to accept that and I always make improvements so that my posts are always paid for.

Give a bad reputation for all good and bad posts, so we must report these violators by reporting all useful participation with a negative assessment. I am properly evaluated and gave good categories positive, but I think the mediators are following them without reporting what they are doing and watching them soon.
