We must help each other.  Union is strength and dispersal is weak.  We are all subject to error.  We must learn from our mistakes and offer advice and help to others.  I advise everyone, especially beginners, to read the forum terms and rules and strictly adhere to them to avoid warning points.  It must be written in proper English or Russian.  Beginners should be supported and given a good rating and advice without asking for it.  We can know the beginners through the number of their posts.

I think that people with more time in cryptotalk should have more patience with newbies, they have all gone through starts like this and we know that it is not easy, also when you do not understand about a topic the best thing to do is ask to find out If a child asks something that is obvious to us but not to him, we speak with affection and explain to him, right? we must treat newbies likewise.

I strongly agree with you when most of the people in many post ask others to support newbies on the same side they their selves are giving negate impact if the content of newbie is great and he/she is worthy of being appreciated then why not if you are not willing to give positive reaction than at least don't degrade others no matters they are newbie or experienced .I request you all to appreciate the good composition and if there is any mistake or a member mistakenly don't follow the rules he/she is supposed to be than seniors must make them aware of whatever they are not of.Be nice to every one thank u.

This person is a beginner and all of us here were beginners and we need explanation and help, but this does not justify giving a negative reputation to a person who asked for help.

We must carefully help everyone and not arrogant new members to improve the reputation of our forum.

Actually we are not aware that everyone knows what we know. I mean a full member or a senior member knows that there is a search option and we can find our doubt related post. But we don't understand that a new member or a brand new member don't know this feature. So we can explain to those members and also guide them to delete their post. We should not demoralise them by giving negative rating.
