Well actually you could easily see other experts without even knowing this as knowing their reputation and their posts around the forum and especially when they join is a important factor to know whether that guy is a legitimate guy or not.

An expert is someone who is highly trained a particular filed, who know that to do, how to do it, when to do it. An expert is someone who other people trust him or her on a particular job such a Doctor, an Engineer, pilot, driver, a programmer. Someone who can handle a particular job with fear or doubt.

This is true that expert people have spend his the part of life in  a field. Everyone can be  expert if they have given time to a specific field. If you want to become an expert trader, it is possible after you should work hard and give the maximum time in this field.  

I think expert are the those people's who have maximum knowledge and experience in a field and no-one can defeat them in this field.
