you should do research first before joining to any site they provide in youtube videos , also you can report the video if you found is people scamming , do dislikes and courage people in the comment to do the same , in this way you dont need youtube to delete the video ..

Youtube doesn't care at all about that, they even allow the hacked channels to keep displaying fake giveaways for days before they take action against them. As all of google products, youtube is suffering from major security issues and whatever it is doing is not working as it was supposed, but have everything being exploited to the maximum by scammers.

Definitely every where now a days there are more useless stuff in internet. But we have to accept the fact if the someone is paying to broadcast its useless stuff then youtube has to do it.
