I have had a time I just tried to understand some token I withdrew and confused where the coins went, when you look for a while they have given me a 8 day withdrawal period its been 20days still nothing and still now am confused did I send my coins to the wrong address, that confuses me a lot

Well I think that they should have some kind of system that would detect whether an address is correct before sending funds to it. Once an address is wrong then your coin is lost forever and that is why we have qr codes. If you make use of qr codes then you will not have such mistakes.
