This issue occurs periodically every period because the platform wallet expires sometimes and we wait for it to recharge and also the moderators during this time clean the forum from the senders of spam.

I think dear everyone is facing this problem but now it is recovered I have read some posts of the member in which they are saying that the balance button is is stopped and you have to wait for it but I have never faced any this thing so I can't say anything about this..

Dear in the yobit exchange the new comers may be face the money transfer problems because they have no proper knowledge for running the transactions in the yobit exchange account. Its the best effort for us to really realize the good effort that we work with , the money transfer problems always is solved after a week,

Yes, this problem was happened in the past and it is because that the forum goes through cleaning process and due to it the moderators stop the payment and once the cleaning process gets solved you can get your money into your wallet.

I don't know why my bitcoin isn't transferring to bitcoin balance but it will surely get solved automatically after some time. We also have faced this issue after spending one day yobit problems was not solved.

That's a normal problem in yobit exchange. Sometimes you can't transfer your earnings to your balance because the moderators are cleaning up the forum. So don't be worried about that issue.
