Hello there are many newbies and they do not have information about scammers. They are trying to get money by using shortcut method and there are many sites and apps  who give some type of information about earning and thirsty people give her information to this fake type of people's. After that these people scam our money. 

As you say that there are many scammers on telegram who get our personal information and after that they scam our money.

Sometimes I am thinking of removing telegram completely as it is been infested by these scammers like they are some disease as covid or ebola. They spread and are trying to infect my chat with their messages and they try to waste my valuable time with some nonsense they have thought of. I try to ignore but the time spend to read some messages even if it is one minute is unproductive and I feel that I could do better without telegram.

It is better to be always vigilant when we are spending time online because many people we do not know if they are good or not, there are unfortunate time we will meet people who will talk to us and will offer us a bad project or scam project.

Also I recommend always to be on the watch out and always when someone pm's you to do more research. You can find if this is the person that you contacted before or someone you wanted to help you by looking again inside channels and in your friend list. Telegram has many that fake their identity. Better be safe by always doing research on them and always be suspicious and careful.
