From my own little understanding here I think the best time to trade is when the price of the currency have fallen at a lower rate then you can purchase and wait for it to rise and then sell and make some good profit out of it.

Trading is about buying at low price and selling at a higher price to gain profit. It is difficult to establish a right time to trade cryptocurrency as its price are very volatile specially bitcoin. The best method is to buy at different price range and do averaging and hodl until the price is high then sell some portion for profit. Also ensure you don’t simply sell off all your porfolio, keep some for the long term.
