I really hate that when it happens. I'm feel so frustrating and sad when I saw most of the newbies got warning points, deleted their posts without notifications or worst, banning of their accounts. Senior members must guide the newbies for their better work experience here to become a good one like them.

Yeah my friend i agree with you because everyone has its own knowledge and oun style of seeing things so you should not mark them on their mistakes but tell them so they can correct like on this forum. The member will tell each other about their problems its a great place for helping others and shareing knowledge with them.

actually, fortunately, i have never seen such things yet on this forum. everyone says their opinion and if someone doesn't agree with that then they will answer peacefully. when i will see someone that arras another member because they don't have the same opinion i will report that to mods. everyone should be free to give his opinion without judgments

There's many senior here in cryptotalk and they advice only those newbies to not do that senior think will cause losses to those newbies.

Yes I fully support this fact, that everyone have their own idea of doing things, for example, some explain in short and clear words, some stretch the topic, some uses past records. etc. So we must not judge anyone. They may be good on that.

If possible, rephrase the sentence: "All people have their own ...", "We all have our own ...".
